Is this worth it? read this first

The attentive hospitality from the owners made us feel like family—fresh towels daily and clean kitchen amenities added to our comfort. Proximity to lovely beaches and local eateries is a big plus!

While the public areas need some design efforts and maintenance, it didn’t affect the overall experience too much. The room next to the main road may cause some noise disturbances.

Comfortable bed in a well-located guesthouse.

The pool was disappointingly small and in poor condition, with chipped paint, and hardly inviting. Additionally, we were constantly disturbed by staff asking about check-out times, despite having a 'do not disturb' sign. The cleanliness of the sheets left much to be desired, with visible stains that made us uncomfortable during our stay.

You won't believe the fresh salads I devoured! Plus, the comfy outdoor dining area was perfect for soaking up the sun. The host even recommended nearby gems like Loggerheads Pub & Grille for a chill vibe and The Sand Bar for cocktails while watching the sunset.

Now, the pool didn't quite live up to my splashy expectations—it's more kid-friendly than adult-approved!

this guesthouse could’ve been a delight, but instead, i found the pool disturbingly small and dirty, not at all like the photos. moreover, i expected a worthy room upgrade for my trouble but received nothing. how can a place with such potential be so mediocre? no wonder my review is just barely positive and not glowing at all.

Had an awesome time chilling by the pool and enjoyed the comfy outdoor seating, which felt just like a cabana. The friendly atmosphere made it easy to relax, but the pool could’ve used a bit more water for better access. Definitely try to snag some ice from the hosts—it's a small touch that goes a long way! 😊

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cosmopolitan Guesthouse. The owner, Peggy, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, and my room was spotless and comfortable.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend stopover in Hopkins with reasonable price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
